Influence of Compensation and Organizational Culture Analysis on Increasing Employee Motivation

چکیده

The purpose of this research was to analyze the effect compensation and organizational culture on increasing employee motivation at a paint company in Tangerang, Banten. design used study uses quantitative approach that is associative, namely examines causal relationship between independent variables, (X1) (X2) dependent variable, (Y1). Based results data analysis has been carried out first hypothesis (H1), which states positive significant work motivation, t-count value 10,492 greater than t-table value, 1,677, testing second (H2), 9,731 means have while R-square obtained by 0.869 variables affect increase 86.90% remaining 13.10% influenced other variables.
